In September of 2013, Fred had the opportunity to attend Hult International Business School in London, where he studied Social Entrepreneurship. While at Hult, Fred founded and ran a charity club with the goal of improving education in various countries in throughout the world, for which he was awarded Best New Club on campus at the end of the year. Fred took a one-year hiatus from Hult to study at The University of San Diego in San Diego, California, but is now finishing up his studies at Hult. Fred is very enthusiastic about helping his communities and has been committed to various foundations for years. Fred strongly believes that Education is the only way to eradicate poverty in his community and the world. Through The GodFreds Foundation, we, together with you, will bring hope to the world. Starting with one child at a time.
"Partnering with Fred on this project is what will make our Foundation so unique and will give our school every benefit. Mike and I share the vision of excellent education for every deserving student with Fred, but Fred has grown up in these villages and has attended these schools. Fred knows from his own experiences what it will take to bring real educational change. Not only does he know what is needed, but he is well respected for the many services he has already provided in his village, such as clean water systems, school uniforms, and sponsorships just to name a few.
Fred already has a good working relationship with the Ministry of Education, and has many resources in Ghana that can help us complete our project and give work to those in his community as well. With Fred’s excellent business sense, reputation in his community, and his unending desire to give these students the chance they deserve we will together create an outstanding school community where hope and excellence will be felt by all who attend.”
